Thanks for the reply tweet on the GHG announcement.  I&#039;m a graduate student at the University of Michigan in public policy and in the environmental school (also served on city council in Toledo, Ohio - good luck with your race!)

As fate would have it, I&#039;m off to Toronto tomorrow morning for an exchange with policy students at UT seeking information on Toronto&#039;s climate and adaptation progress.  If there is anyone you&#039;d suggest I contact I&#039;d be quite appreciative.

Good luck in Rio, I had seen this event a few months ago but couldn&#039;t break free from school.  Last summer I was at the UNFCCC negotiations in Bonn and really got into trying to understand the role of cities in climate governance.

Working on a project to develop best practices on adaptation to climate change by cities...wondering if there is any talk of that in Rio this week.
